This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage a high-volume sales pipeline from initial prospecting to closing deals.
• Generate new business through both outbound methods (calls, emails, walk-ins) and incoming leads.
• Conduct efficient, customized demos that effectively convey value.
• Close deals swiftly while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Recognize the pain points of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and position Fresha as a solution for growth.
• Establish trust with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Consistently surpass monthly targets and activity metrics.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within the CRM system.
• Provide market insights to enhance messaging and guide product development.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in SMB sales, business development, or account executive roles.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quotas in a high-velocity environment.
• Strong skills in prospecting and closing sales.
• A natural hunter who is confident in engaging in consultative conversations.
• Excellent communication abilities, particularly when interacting with small business owners.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple deals simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or payments is a plus.
• Familiarity with the beauty, wellness, or local services industries is a plus.
