This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Manage a high-volume sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
• Generate new business through outbound efforts (calls, emails, walk-ins) as well as inbound leads.
• Conduct efficient and tailored demonstrations that effectively convey value.
• Close deals promptly while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Recognize SMB challenges and present Fresha as a solution for growth.
• Establish trust with business owners and decision-makers.
• Consistently surpass monthly targets and activity metrics.
• Maintain organized pipeline management and provide accurate forecasting in CRM.
• Share market insights to aid in refining messaging and product direction.
• 2+ years of experience in SMB sales, business development, or account executive roles.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quotas in a high-velocity environment.
• Strong skills in prospecting and closing (you are comfortable managing the full sales cycle).
• A natural hunter who is also confident in conducting consultative conversations.
• Excellent communication abilities, especially with small business owners.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple deals simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Nice to have:
