This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of a high-volume sales pipeline, managing it from prospecting to closing deals.
• Create new business opportunities through outbound efforts (calls, emails, walk-ins) as well as inbound leads.
• Conduct efficient, customized demonstrations that effectively convey the value of our offerings.
• Close transactions swiftly while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Recognize the challenges faced by SMBs and position Fresha as a solution for their growth.
• Establish trust with business owners and decision-makers.
• Consistently surpass monthly goals and activity benchmarks.
• Maintain organized pipeline management and provide accurate forecasting within the CRM.
• Share market insights to enhance messaging and guide product strategy.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in **SMB sales, business development, or account executive positions**.
• Proven track record of **meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment**.
• Strong **prospecting and closing capabilities** (you are comfortable managing the entire sales cycle).
• A natural **hunter** who is also adept at conducting consultative discussions.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly when interacting with small business owners.
• Highly organized, capable of managing **multiple deals simultaneously**.
• Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, target-oriented atmosphere**.

• Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or payment sectors.
