• Take ownership of and expand a portfolio of new business opportunities with BioPharma sponsors, including biotech, mid-sized, and large pharmaceutical companies.
• Execute a comprehensive consultative sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to solution design, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with VP- and C-level executives in clinical, RWE, and medical affairs sectors.
• Formulate territory strategies and account plans that align with Folia's ideal customer profile and go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with internal scientific and delivery teams to outline study scopes and address RFPs.
• Effectively manage pipeline, forecasting, and activities within the CRM using structured methodologies such as MEDDIC.
• Represent Folia at industry conferences and events.
• Gather market insights to enhance product positioning and inform go-to-market strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 4 years in the life sciences sector.
• Proven success in closing intricate, multi-stakeholder deals with contract values exceeding 7 figures.
• Knowledge of clinical research, real-world evidence, or patient outcomes data.
• Proficiency in structured sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
• Strong executive presence, with the capability to articulate scientific and regulatory concepts effectively.
