This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and expand a portfolio of new business opportunities with BioPharma sponsors, including biotech, mid-sized, and large pharmaceutical companies.
• Conduct a comprehensive consultative sales cycle that encompasses prospecting, discovery, solution formulation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing the deal.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders in clinical, real-world evidence (RWE), and medical affairs departments.
• Formulate territory strategies and account plans that align with Folia's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and market approach.
• Collaborate with internal scientific and delivery teams to outline study scopes and address Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Effectively manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and activities in the CRM using structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).
• Represent Folia at industry conferences and events.
• Offer market insights to guide product positioning and market entry strategies.
• Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 4 years in the life sciences sector.
• Proven history of successfully closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, with contract values reaching seven figures.
• Knowledge of clinical research, real-world evidence, or patient outcomes data.
• Proficiency in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
• Strong executive presence and the capability to convey scientific and regulatory concepts effectively.
