This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take ownership of and manage a designated territory consisting of mid-market private-sector accounts, generally ranging from 100 to 500 employees.
• Create new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, customer expansion, partner engagement, and account strategy.
• Facilitate discussions with customers centered on operational efficiency, security, modernization, resilience, and user experience.
• Implement a consultative sales approach that includes discovery, qualification, value alignment, executive engagement, proposal development, and closing deals.
• Work in collaboration with sales engineers, channel partners, marketing, and leadership to secure complex deals.
• Keep precise records of pipeline, forecasting, and account plans within CRM systems.
• Present, demonstrate, and engage in business value discussions with both technical and executive audiences.
• Remain knowledgeable about networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, AI operations, and pertinent industry trends.
• Engage in regional customer meetings, partner events, workshops, and sales training sessions.
• Develop a qualified pipeline, meet revenue goals, strengthen strategic customer relationships, maintain forecast accuracy, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
• 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of successful prospecting and achieving quotas.
• Preferred experience in technology sales; strong emphasis on networking, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or SaaS is highly regarded.
• Proven ability to generate opportunities through cold outreach and networking efforts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
• Ability to engage with IT managers, directors, executives, and business stakeholders confidently.
• Highly organized, responsible, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once.
• Proficient in using CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Willing to travel periodically for customer, partner, and team meetings.
• Experience selling to healthcare, manufacturing, retail, financial services, or logistics organizations is an asset.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, or other similar solution-selling frameworks is advantageous.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners is a plus.
• Competitive market OTE with an expected compensation range of $120,000 to $145,000 USD.
• Commission structure on a 50/50 split.
