This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
β’ Identifying and developing business opportunities with medium and large enterprises.
β’ Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, collaborating effectively with technical teams.
β’ Building and maintaining trusting relationships with key decision-makers, demonstrating reliability and active listening skills.
β’ Translating customer needs into tangible IT solutions, highlighting value and return on investment.
β’ Contributing to the company's growth through disciplined planning and a strategic sales approach.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in direct sales of IT services or complex solutions (enterprise or SMEs).
β’ Excellent networking skills and professional standing to engage with high-level stakeholders.
β’ Discipline and reliability in managing sales activities and building strong pipelines.
β’ Consultative attitude, with a strong ability to analyze problems and propose tailored solutions.
β’ Basic knowledge of major cloud technologies and software (a plus but not mandatory).
β’ Proficient in both written and spoken Italian and English.
