This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire sales process, including prospecting, contracting, and onboarding, while ensuring accurate forecasts and adherence to CRM practices.

• Conduct structured discovery sessions with various district leaders (such as Transportation, McKinney-Vento, SPED, Business, and Superintendent teams) to identify challenges and develop solutions that align EverDriven’s value propositions with district priorities.

• Create customized presentations and manage RFPs, proposals, and action plans to align EverDriven’s offerings with the goals and funding resources of districts.

• Lead negotiations on pricing and compliance in accordance with state procurement requirements, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless contract execution and district launch readiness.

• Act as the commercial lead for new districts, fostering adoption and sharing responsibility for customer satisfaction, performance tracking, and growth based on utilization with field operations through proactive business reviews and responsiveness.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with district and state education leaders, navigating complex public procurement processes and representing EverDriven at significant industry events.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment, process consistency, and ongoing improvement throughout the sales and launch lifecycle. Work with stakeholders from Field Operations, Contracts, RevOps, and Marketing to guarantee district readiness and successful launches.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of comprehensive B2G/B2B or SaaS sales experience, preferably in education, transportation, logistics, or technology within the public sector OR significant experience within the student transportation or K–12 district operations ecosystem (such as transportation management, cooperative purchasing, education services, or technology implementation).

• Familiarity with navigating RFPs, public procurement, and government contracting processes.

• Strong consultative selling abilities; experience with MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN methodologies is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with both operational leaders and executive decision-makers (including Superintendents and Business Officers).

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce is required).
