This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with internal teams focused on new business development, engineering, and professional services to discover innovative strategic solutions for current clients.
• Perform relationship assessments in conjunction with peers from the operations team.
• Provide mentorship to junior sales team members.
• Identify new business opportunities for Bailiwick.
• Develop and implement sales strategies through outreach and professional networking.
• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships utilizing a Value Selling approach.
• Prepare proposals and spearhead negotiations with clients.
• Reach a minimum revenue target of $5 million at specified margins within two years.
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree or related experience is preferred.
• Proven and documented ability to implement complex sales strategies within large Fortune 500 companies.
• Experience selling solutions to organizations with extensive, distributed networks across North America.
• A successful track record of generating similar revenue volumes—at least $5 million within two years, with a target of over $10 million within four years.
• Experience in enhancing brand awareness in new markets, industries, and organizations.
• Prior success in delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated capability in navigating through lengthy sales cycles.
• Technical expertise in physical layer cabling across all platforms, WAN and LAN networks, wireless environments, and electrical services.
