This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Build and nurture relationships with independent dealers across the country, expanding the reach of Caramel's dealer channel.
• Support dealers at every phase of a car sale through Caramel—covering financing, documentation, and DMV processes—to improve their sales effectiveness and ensure a seamless transaction experience.
• Promote increased sales volume while ensuring adherence to process requirements, fostering ongoing growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize territory objectives and promote repeat business.
• Showcase Caramel's products through proficient online or on-site demonstrations, emphasizing their value and user-friendliness.
• Engage in strategic improvements of Caramel's offerings, contributing to personal growth and the overall success of the company.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with a proven record in sales and business development.
• Experience in auto finance within a dealership, lending institution, or similar environment is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software, ensuring effective customer interactions and documentation.
• Exceptional capability to engage and influence individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Excellent management skills for handling multiple tasks and thriving in a fast-paced, home-office setting.
• Willingness and capability to travel as necessary to strengthen dealer relationships and create sales opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong academic record, along with the ability to obtain a state motor vehicle salesperson license if required.
