• Create and implement strategic sales and territory plans to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of deals, ranging from fast-paced mid-market closures to strategic enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate closely with dedicated BDRs to jointly develop territory plans and outbound strategies, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure the generation of high-quality pipelines and conversion from meetings to opportunities.
• Take full responsibility for the entire closing process, including discovery, solution presentation, and procurement activities.
• Work in tandem with technical stakeholders (Data Engineers, FinOps) and executives to pinpoint opportunities for expanding SELECT's reach.
• Collaborate with the Solution Engineering team to facilitate solution-oriented discussions that demonstrate the platform's technical advantages.
• Develop and implement a multi-channel outbound strategy that includes email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to create and cultivate your own sales opportunities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in FinOps and data engineering to offer customers valuable and insightful solutions.
• Lead and participate in team projects aimed at refining our sales playbooks and shaping the SELECT sales culture.
• Proficiency in English and one local language.
• 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume transactional cycles as well as complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Technical expertise with a strong understanding of data warehouses, cloud-native technologies, and data ecosystems.
• A high level of self-discipline, accurate sales forecasting, and effective CRM management.
• A "roll up your sleeves" attitude that permeates both sales and business development initiatives.
• An entrepreneurial spirit who is independent, creative, passionate, and approachable.
• A self-organized, goal-driven, and self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough, and persistent.
• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of switching between the big picture and finer details.
• Ability to operate flexibly in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
