• Create and implement strategic sales and territory plans aimed at achieving and surpassing quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Oversee a varied portfolio of deals, ranging from fast-paced mid-market closures to strategic enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate closely with dedicated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to co-create territory plans and outbound strategies, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure effective pipeline generation and conversion from meetings to opportunities.
• Assume full responsibility for the entire closing process, encompassing discovery, solution presentations, and procurement activities.
• Work in partnership with technical stakeholders (Data Engineers, FinOps) and executives to pinpoint opportunities for expanding SELECT's market presence.
• Collaborate with the Solution Engineering team to facilitate solution-oriented discussions that underscore the platform's technical advantages.
• Design and implement a multi-channel outbound strategy incorporating email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to generate and nurture your own sales leads.
• Keep informed about the latest developments in FinOps and data engineering to offer customers valuable, high-quality solutions.
• Lead and participate in team initiatives aimed at refining our sales playbooks and influencing the SELECT sales culture.
• Proficiency in English and one local language.
• Over 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume transactional cycles alongside intricate, multi-stakeholder enterprise agreements.
• Technical expertise with a strong understanding of data warehouses, cloud-native technologies, and data ecosystems.
• High level of self-discipline, with precise sales forecasting and CRM management skills.
• A "roll up your sleeves" attitude that permeates both sales and business development efforts.
• An entrepreneurial spirit characterized by independence, creativity, passion, and approachability.
• Self-organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, possessing confidence, thoroughness, and tenacity.
• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to transition between the big picture and fine details.
• Capability to effectively adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
