This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct daily prospecting by identifying new opportunities within your designated territory, which includes North Texas, Oklahoma, and Northwest Arkansas.
• Comprehend the DM value proposition and its significant impact on enhancing the workflow of dental and orthodontic practices.
• Collaborate with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to grasp their business goals and critical challenges.
• Segment the assigned territory to pinpoint essential opportunities that promote robust sales growth in new business and maximize the potential within the existing customer base.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans aimed at surpassing sales targets, company KPIs, and overall objectives.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with KOLs and influential customers.
• Organize and drive local and national events, webinars, masterclasses, and study clubs, while introducing innovative strategies to encourage peer-to-peer endorsement.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively within a multifunctional team.
• Provide insights to the management team regarding market trends and competitive landscape.
• Fully leverage CRM systems to document activities.
• Anticipate 35% overnight travel.
• 3–5 years of experience in an Account Executive role.
• Strong sales background, with proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle.
• Ability to influence and challenge customers' perspectives.
• Solid understanding of the conceptual and consultative selling approach.
• Exceptional hunting skills.
• High level of IT proficiency and a keen interest in new technologies.
• Capability to establish and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Possession of a car and a valid driver's license.
• Preferred experience in the orthodontics, dental, or medical technology sectors.
