This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Conduct daily prospecting by identifying new opportunities within your designated territory (Tennessee, Kentucky, and Southern Indiana).
• Comprehend the DM value proposition and its significant impact on enhancing dental/ortho practice workflows.
• Collaborate with customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to understand their business goals and critical challenges.
• Segment the assigned territory to pinpoint key opportunities that will drive substantial sales growth in new business and maximize the potential of the existing customer base.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to surpass sales targets, company KPIs, and objectives.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with KOLs and influential customers.
• Organize and lead local and national events, webinars, masterclasses, and study clubs, while introducing innovative methods to foster peer-to-peer endorsement.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively within a multifunctional team.
• Provide insights to the management team regarding market trends and competitive landscape.
• Utilize CRM systems effectively to report activities with 30% overnight travel required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or 5+ years of sales/business development experience in dental, orthodontic, medtech, or similar industries.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage client portfolios and achieve results independently.
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer requirements.
• Highly organized with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and results-focused mindset.
• Comfortable with learning and promoting new technologies.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Possession of a car and a valid driver's license.
