This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Comprehend DentalMonitoring's value proposition and its profound impact on the management and workflow of dental and orthodontic practices.
• Recognize the needs and objectives of DM’s clients and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), partnering with them to provide customized solutions that help achieve their business goals and overcome challenges.
• Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients, building strong relationships and enhancing loyalty.
• Identify prospective new clients, visit dental and/or orthodontic practices, and deliver product and service demonstrations of DM's offerings.
• Finalize sales and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and satisfaction for both the clients and DM.
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to DM's overall sales objectives.
• Identify significant opportunities to drive robust sales growth and optimize the potential of the existing client portfolio.
• Develop and execute account management strategies to surpass sales targets, key performance indicators, and company objectives.
• Organize and engage in local and national events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars to represent DM, broaden the company's network, and explore new opportunities.
• Stay updated with market trends and industry advancements, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of DM's products and services, as well as those of competitors.
• Prepare regular reports and update DM's management on sales activities, forecasts, and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer support and marketing, to provide valuable insights and recommendations for managing and enhancing social media and marketing campaigns to boost sales.
• Master the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce) for reporting on activities.
• Minimum Bac+5 in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in the orthodontic, dental care, medical technology, or a similar sector.
• Strong understanding of conceptual and consultative sales methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent negotiation abilities, with a knack for persuading and influencing clients.
• Capability to work independently and effectively manage a client portfolio.
• Strong results-oriented mindset, with the ability to push oneself.
• Solid knowledge of market and industry trends.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a strong commitment to service.
• Proficiency in essential computer tools for the role, including Salesforce, and a keen interest in emerging technologies.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client locations or events.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships and partnerships with both internal and external clients.
• Fluent in Spanish and possess a good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
