• Conduct daily prospecting by discovering new opportunities within your designated territory (Southern California coastal territory + Hawaii)
• Grasp the DM value proposition and recognize how it can significantly enhance a dental/ortho practice's workflow
• Collaborate with customers and KOLs to comprehend their business goals and critical challenges
• Analyze the assigned territory to pinpoint key opportunities that can foster substantial sales growth in new business and maximize the potential of the existing customer base
• Develop and implement strategic account plans aimed at surpassing sales targets, company KPIs, and objectives
• Identify and cultivate relationships with KOLs and influential customers
• Organize and lead local and national events, webinars, masterclasses & study clubs, while introducing innovative methods to encourage peer-to-peer endorsement
• Collaborate and communicate effectively within a multifunctional team. The Account Executive holds the ultimate responsibility for the customers in the designated area and must successfully influence the team's output
• Offer insights to the management team regarding market trends and competitive landscape
• Fully leverage CRM to document activities with 10% overnight travel required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in sales/business development (dental, orthodontic, medtech, or similar)
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and communication abilities
• Demonstrated capacity to manage client portfolios and independently drive results
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer requirements
• Highly organized with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Proactive, service-oriented, and results-focused mindset
• Comfortable with learning and promoting new technologies
• Proficient in English
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Possession of a car and a valid driver's license
