This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Achieve or surpass seasonal and annual sales targets by creating account plans, managing forecasts, and implementing sales strategies through both face-to-face and remote meetings.
• Ensure that UGG presentations remain at a high standard, in accordance with UGG Retailer Guidelines, across both current accounts and potential new distribution avenues.
• Oversee comprehensive account management, which includes securing orders, coordinating sell-in and sell-through processes, and ensuring all administrative tasks and deadlines are adhered to.
• Provide continuous sales reporting and forecasting updates, along with carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.
• Direct complete 360-degree account management by establishing strong relationships with buyers and owners, maintaining consistent communication, and acting as the primary liaison for the UGG brand.
• Manage strategic customer interactions through regular outreach, account visits, and effective use of marketing tools to foster profitable growth.
• Regularly communicate UGG Retailer Marketplace Guidelines to ensure that all retail partners meet or exceed set expectations.
• Develop seasonal business plans for each account, utilizing last year's data, current market trends, and analysis to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Supervise the current season’s order book to guarantee on-time shipments and timely modifications to orders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Customer Experience and Credit to ensure a smooth order flow.
• Maintain profitability by working with corporate headquarters and customers to reduce returns, credits, and other associated costs.
• Strategically leverage marketing resources, ensuring a thoughtful and ROI-focused investment.
• Manage travel and expenses in alignment with budgetary expectations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, retail, merchandising, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving sales or business goals.
• Experience in Footwear, Apparel, or Consumer Products is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly with strong analytical capabilities in Excel.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and public speaking skills, with the ability to effectively engage at all organizational levels.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
