This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create a detailed strategy to meet the assigned quotas within a specified fiscal period.

• Consistently update and manage planning tools to support cross-departmental discussions, deal evaluations, and interactions with Executives.

• Effectively organize your time and schedule to ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and responsibilities.

• Acknowledge expectations and proactively tackle any challenges.

• Evaluate pipeline opportunities to generate precise forecasts for specific timeframes.

• Identify the appropriate buyers for Cyara's products and services.

• Implement company campaigns and achieve outbound call and email targets while generating high-quality leads.

• Communicate the value proposition of Cyara, highlighting its competitive strengths.

• Identify negotiation prospects and adeptly utilize trading and bargaining strategies with clients.

• Show the capability to navigate challenges and secure contract agreements and purchase orders.

• Display comprehensive knowledge, accuracy, and expertise in presenting Cyara as a brand and its offerings.

• Understand key competitors, their strategies, and how Cyara stands in comparison.

• Address competitive advantages mentioned by buyers and successfully position against competitors.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of verified and consistent B2B SaaS sales experience.

• Proven history of achieving $2M+ annual quotas and closing high-value deals, with average deal sizes in the six to seven-figure range.

• Strong industry expertise in customer experience (CX), contact centers, chatbots, or quality assurance is highly preferred.

• Experience in selling AI-driven solutions.

• Proven track record of selling across the UK/EMEA region, with an established customer network in industries such as banking/insurance, technology/B2B software, telecommunications/media, retail/e-commerce, and hospitality/travel.

• Proficiency in both acquiring new logos and cultivating relationships with existing accounts.

• Familiarity with or ability to excel in a US/private equity-owned B2B SaaS scale-up setting.

• Professional demeanor combined with a positive attitude, with an emphasis on problem-solving.

• Comfortable working remotely, demonstrating a strong work ethic and effective time management skills.

• Proficient in CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
