This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for designated mid-market and coalition pharmacy benefit manager clients.
• Oversee client communication, issue resolution, and maintain ongoing engagement with executive-level judgment.
• Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders in benefits, HR, finance, and operations.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on strategic initiatives, prioritization, and complex client situations.
• Take charge of renewal planning and execution for assigned accounts within standard pricing and guarantee frameworks.
• Prepare and present renewal documentation, financial summaries, and client presentations.
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve client value and respond to emerging needs.
• Maintain accountability for client satisfaction, retention, and revenue performance, under the guidance of the Managing Director and a disciplined, client-centric approach.
• Manage financial performance of accounts, including trend analysis, guarantees, and key pricing factors.
• Utilize analytics platforms and AI-driven tools to monitor performance, identify risks or opportunities, and provide actionable insights to clients.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, sales, or account management.
• Experience in client-facing roles with employer or coalition accounts.
• Proven experience in managing renewals, financial discussions, and delivering client outcomes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to leverage data and AI-driven tools for decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A valid driver's license is required.
