This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of the sales process from demonstrations to closing, which includes discovery, demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract finalization.

β€’ Conduct discovery sessions that identify operational challenges, business impacts, and purchasing triggers among clinical, front office, and billing stakeholders.

β€’ Provide clear, workflow-oriented demonstrations that align the priorities of prospects with measurable results, such as fewer missed calls, improved follow-ups, reduced missed charges, and more efficient billing operations.

β€’ Advance opportunities with effective next-step management, organized notes, and precise forecasting within the CRM.

β€’ Work collaboratively with Marketing on feedback regarding messaging, as well as with Product and Customer Success teams on market insights and seamless transitions.

β€’ Ensure consistent performance against monthly and quarterly objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 2 to 5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience as an Account Executive.

β€’ Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.

β€’ Strong skills in discovery, presentation, and negotiation, with the ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and operational audiences.

β€’ Exceptional pipeline management, follow-up practices, and forecasting accuracy.

β€’ Proficient in CRM systems and modern sales tools.

β€’ Experience in selling EHR, practice management, RCM, billing, or related healthcare software is highly preferred.

β€’ Familiarity with provider workflows, RCM teams, and billing processes.

β€’ Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the sensitivity of healthcare data.

β€’ Demonstrated career advancement in SaaS sales, including promotions into closing roles (e.g., from SDR or BDR to Account Executive, or similar progression with increasing quotas and deal responsibilities).
