This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Take charge of the sales process from demonstrations to closing, which includes discovery, demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
β’ Conduct discovery sessions that identify operational challenges, business impacts, and purchasing triggers among clinical, front office, and billing stakeholders.
β’ Provide clear, workflow-oriented demonstrations that align the priorities of prospects with measurable results, such as fewer missed calls, improved follow-ups, reduced missed charges, and more efficient billing operations.
β’ Advance opportunities with effective next-step management, organized notes, and precise forecasting within the CRM.
β’ Work collaboratively with Marketing on feedback regarding messaging, as well as with Product and Customer Success teams on market insights and seamless transitions.
β’ Ensure consistent performance against monthly and quarterly objectives.
β’ 2 to 5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience as an Account Executive.
β’ Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
β’ Strong skills in discovery, presentation, and negotiation, with the ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and operational audiences.
β’ Exceptional pipeline management, follow-up practices, and forecasting accuracy.
β’ Proficient in CRM systems and modern sales tools.
β’ Experience in selling EHR, practice management, RCM, billing, or related healthcare software is highly preferred.
β’ Familiarity with provider workflows, RCM teams, and billing processes.
β’ Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the sensitivity of healthcare data.
β’ Demonstrated career advancement in SaaS sales, including promotions into closing roles (e.g., from SDR or BDR to Account Executive, or similar progression with increasing quotas and deal responsibilities).
β’ Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
β’ Mobile data plan to serve as a backup.
β’ Comfortable working hours aligned with U.S. business operations, with coverage required in the EST time zone.
β’ Ownership of a PC or laptop with at least 16 GB of RAM.
