This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the entire sales process: prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, proposal creation, and contract negotiations.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
• Grasp client requirements and effectively convey how our technology addresses challenges and provides return on investment.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools.
• Meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance messaging and produce qualified leads.
• Offer insights to Product and Customer Success teams to align our offerings with market needs.
• Remain updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the healthcare or health IT sectors.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong comprehension of the healthcare market, including providers, payers, EHR systems, and RCM.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Experience selling to healthcare providers, RCM teams, or hospital systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, EHR systems, or healthcare billing processes is advantageous.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 MBPS.
• Mobile data plan as a backup.
