This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Oversee ongoing sales relationships within a designated territory
• Onboard new resellers and Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners
• Deliver outstanding customer service for resellers throughout the entire “quote to order” sales lifecycle
• Manage Climb’s long-tail vendor relationships
• Assist resellers with accurate quoting and seamless order processing
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our extensive long-tail vendor portfolio
• Collaborate directly with vendors to obtain essential product information, pricing, and availability
• Provide valuable feedback on opportunity-related inquiries
• Build strong relationships with partners in the assigned territory
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of Climb Channel Solutions
• A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong willingness to acquire new skills
• Comfortable with computer usage, including Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and sales techniques
• Familiarity with Pipeline and Forecasting methodologies
• Assisting customers in maximizing upsell opportunities such as multi-year, extended maintenance, and cross-selling
• New partner prospecting and recruitment experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of various CRM tools
