• Drive revenue growth by engaging with major SLED accounts
• Consistently achieve targets for license, support, and service revenue
• Acquire, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities
• Investigate the full range of relationships and business opportunities within the client's entire organizational structure
• Establish yourself as a thought leader in machine learning and predictive analytics
• Enhance relationships and coordinate complex deals with a wider array of business stakeholders
• Embrace, access, and utilize the channel to discover and open new, unexplored opportunities
• Provide timely and valuable feedback to other corporate functions
• A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in selling enterprise software to large enterprises or the Public Sector (required)
• Demonstrated success in exceeding quotas in complex, solution-oriented sales
• Must reside in the IN region
• Experience with subscription, SaaS, or Cloud software is highly desirable
• At least 2 years of recent sales experience targeting State, Local, or Higher Education customers within the State of IN
• Prior experience utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to sell more effectively and exceed quotas
• Proven track record in new business development and consistently surpassing sales targets with prospects and customers in the specified territory
• Strong executive presence, professionalism, and exceptional listening skills
• Familiarity with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of Force Management, MEDDPICC, and Challenger methodologies is an advantage
