This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting through to closing and contract finalization.
• Engage in high-level discussions with CMOs, CNOs, CFOs, and CIOs, aligning our solutions with their strategic objectives.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets; maintain a pipeline that is five times the assigned quota in the CRM at all times.
• Identify prospect challenges, construct business cases, and create compelling ROI narratives that influence decision-making.
• Develop and implement comprehensive deal strategies, including stakeholder mapping, objection handling, procurement navigation, and budget alignment.
• Formulate research-based account plans that reveal buying triggers, essential stakeholders, and budgeting cycles.
• Consistently prospect within the designated territory using a structured, data-driven approach.
• Collaborate with your Sales Development Representative (SDR) partner to create joint outreach and account coverage strategies.
• Promote growth, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Provide accurate, timely forecasts to Sales leadership, supported by detailed deal information in the CRM.
• Ensure real-time CRM cleanliness across all calls, meetings, stage alterations, and close plan activities.
• Identify risks and obstacles early, always presenting a recommended path forward.
• Work alongside Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to provide customized demonstrations and proposals.
• Represent CipherHealth at industry conferences and clinical gatherings.
• Keep abreast of healthcare trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.
• 8–15 years of experience in enterprise outside sales, including at least 5 years in acute care or health system settings.
• Demonstrated success in achieving quotas in complex, multi-stakeholder transactions with sales cycles of 6–18 months.
• Capability to independently develop, progress, and finalize six-figure deals.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills suitable for the C-suite level.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience in navigating health system procurement, legal, and compliance procedures.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% within the assigned territory.
