This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Surpass Sales Objectives: Attain an annual sales goal of $1.5M+ through proactive and strategic account management along with new business development.
• Complete Ownership of Sales Cycle: Independently develop, qualify, and finalize deals, managing the pipeline across targeted enterprise segments.
• Comprehensive Account Strategy: Design and implement detailed account plans to enhance customer engagement and optimize growth opportunities.
• Consultative Closing Expertise: Perform thorough needs assessments, deliver compelling and customized solutions, and negotiate high-value agreements.
• Highly sought-after experience in consultative B2B enterprise sales, particularly within the EV and EV Charging sectors.
• A proven track record of exceeding annual sales goals of at least $2.0M.
• Demonstrated capability to manage and close deals with mid-to-large accounts.
• Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
• A resourceful and adaptable startup mindset—skilled at developing processes and maneuvering through uncertainty.
• Proficient in CRM systems (such as Hubspot or equivalent).
