This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Acts as a representative, supporter, and relationship builder between Catalyst Corporate and the executive management of designated credit unions.
• Employs a consultative methodology to oversee the clients' current book of business, deliver market insights, formulate account strategies, and create territory plans.
• Formulates, sustains, and implements renewal strategies aimed at safeguarding revenue, negotiating contracts, and enhancing share of wallet while generating new business within the assigned credit unions.
• Cultivates comprehensive and beneficial relationships at all levels within both the credit union and Catalyst departments.
• Advocates for the utilization of Catalyst products and services to strategically position the business to address and leverage emerging consumer and market demands.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in relationship management, business development, consulting, or sales is necessary.
• At least three (3) years of experience managing relationships in a B2B context.
• Strong customer service abilities to resolve conflicts and lead customer satisfaction surveys.
• Proven track record of effectively managing a book of business, reducing attrition, and maximizing organizational revenue.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening capabilities.
• Demonstrates strong reasoning and analytical skills; proficient in executive presentations, problem-solving, and negotiation, with the capacity to influence others' decisions.
• Experience in managing CRM applications and an understanding of their significance.
• Capability to interpret P&L Statements, NCUA 5300 Call Reports, and monthly financial statements.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
