This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel new, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives for Caseware’s product suite, targeting small to medium-sized clients in the US market.
• Concentrate sales efforts within the firm market segment, primarily promoting the OnPoint suite of products to small firms and sole practitioners.
• Leverage prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to generate leads within a specified territory and region.
• Utilize sales and marketing materials to develop email campaigns.
• Qualify both inbound and outbound interactions (calls and emails).
• Swiftly and effectively build essential relationships with decision-makers at sole practitioner and small firm levels.
• Foster business growth by meeting and surpassing monthly/quarterly revenue goals through proactive prospecting, securing meetings, and finalizing new business deals.
• Develop and implement action plans to engage relevant CaseWare cross-functional resources to support sales and development strategies.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in technology sales or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS Sales (a background in selling accounting software is highly advantageous).
• Proficient in querying various platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator to identify potential opportunities.
• A self-motivated individual with a Get Stuff Done (GSD) mentality and a strong drive to succeed.
• A proven track record of consistently achieving goals.
• A foundational understanding of technology sales, forecasting, and lead development processes.
• A fundamental grasp of accounting and financial processes and technologies.
• Familiarity with or experience in sales, campaign, and marketing automation solutions.
• Previous experience in inside sales, account management, client success, or client services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of daily tasks and leads.
• Proven skills in communicating, presenting, and influencing key stakeholders.
• Exceptional discovery, listening, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in mapping customer requirements, needs, and goals to solution capabilities, benefits, and outcomes.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, business management, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the audit and accounting technology industry is a plus.
