This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Educate healthcare providers and care teams about the clinical relevance, prognostic significance, and supporting evidence for MI Clarity.
• Deliver presentations on clinical data, validation studies, and insights grounded in evidence.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual educational initiatives.
• Establish MI Clarity as a clinical decision-support resource that enhances patient care.
• Create and implement strategic plans for territory and account management.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and engage with key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and clinical advocates.
• Assist in the implementation of testing workflows and ensure operational integration.
• Evaluate territory and account performance metrics.
• Collaborate across various internal teams to promote customer success.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a focus in life sciences or a healthcare-related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in one or more of the following areas: Oncology, Diagnostics, Molecular Testing, Pathology, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical sales.
• A solid understanding of breast cancer treatment pathways and oncology terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with healthcare providers and health systems.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and consultative selling abilities.
• Capability to interpret and convey clinical data effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
