This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for developing and nurturing positive relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Implements marketing and promotional strategies to meet budgetary volume targets.
• Cultivates and sustains positive working relationships with both existing and potential referral sources.
• Provides guidance in strategic planning by identifying opportunities for enhanced or additional services to meet customer needs.
• Maintains an extensive understanding of Cabrillo Hospice markets, including government entities, key referral sources, and the competitive landscape.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare marketing management, preferably within hospice care operations.
• Capability to market assertively and engage tactfully with customers and the community.
• Exhibits strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates independence, organizational skills, assertiveness, adaptability, and teamwork in fulfilling job duties.
