This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel revenue growth within your territory by spearheading transformative discovery calls, executing compelling product demonstrations, crafting precise proposals, and winning over the hearts and minds (as well as contracts) of your prospects.

• Exhibit relentless dedication to your pipeline by establishing and nurturing a robust set of opportunities to achieve your individual sales targets, including monthly and annual ACV goals.

• Provide accurate sales activity and revenue forecasts through effective utilization of sales tools.

• Develop a deep understanding of the commercial real estate sector, including its technological dynamics, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscape.

• Become a knowledgeable advocate for Buildout’s product offerings, recognizing their value for various personas and effectively presenting the appropriate solutions for each customer.

• Represent Buildout in the market through participation in conferences, customer events, and networking opportunities; travel may be required for approximately one week per quarter to foster relationships and drive revenue.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role with a strong focus on negotiating and closing business (SaaS experience is essential).

• A proven history of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.

• Experience overseeing a complete sales cycle, with a strong emphasis on the customer journey from prospecting to closure and subsequent handoff to an implementation team.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• As a team player, you thrive on deals where you have assisted a colleague in achieving success.

• Committed to continuous improvement, you welcome feedback and actively seek new strategies to enhance your job performance.

• Inherently curious, you adapt to changes and possess a strong desire to learn in a dynamic sales environment.

• A natural connector, you excel at piecing together the intricacies of a prospect’s landscape.

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred.

• Experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry is an added advantage.
