• Propel revenue expansion within your designated territory by initiating transformative discovery calls, providing compelling product demonstrations, crafting precise proposals, and winning the hearts and contracts of potential clients.
• Maintain a relentless focus on your sales pipeline, ensuring a robust collection of opportunities to achieve individual sales targets, including monthly and annual ACV objectives.
• Accurately project sales activities and revenue outcomes by effectively utilizing sales tools.
• Develop a deep understanding of the commercial real estate sector, including its technological trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Serve as a knowledgeable expert and advocate for Buildout’s product offerings, recognizing their value across different personas and effectively presenting the most suitable solutions for each client.
• Represent Buildout in the marketplace through industry conferences, customer events, and networking engagements; anticipate travel for approximately one week per quarter to foster relationships and drive revenue.
• Join the innovative and collaborative Buildout team, fostering relationships with colleagues and working together to achieve our primary goal: delivering a world-class, end-to-end customer experience.

• 1 - 3+ years of experience with sales quotas, particularly in negotiating and closing deals (SaaS experience is essential).
• A proven history of achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
• Experience overseeing a complete sales cycle with a strong focus on the customer journey from initial prospecting to closing and transitioning to an implementation team.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• A commitment to personal growth, someone who welcomes feedback and actively seeks out new methods to enhance their performance.
• Inherently curious, adaptable to change, and eager to learn within a dynamic sales environment.

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• Experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry is an advantage.
