Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the overall experience for customers

• Utilize your network, understanding of business processes, and sales skills to build and maintain customer relationships

• Work in conjunction with regional partners to employ a solutions-oriented, systematic strategy for upselling

• Reduce churn within assigned accounts and partner with resources to promote adoption and growth

• Formulate and implement company strategy for designated accounts

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience

• Post-graduate studies may be advantageous

• Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience

• PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience
