This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +13 more states.
• Manage the daily client relationship for a designated portfolio of over 1000 subscriber accounts.
• Spearhead initiatives aimed at ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and renewal.
• Engage proactively with clients to anticipate their needs, provide timely updates, and offer actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Operations, Network Management, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of each client's strategic business goals.
• Identify, escalate, and address issues, ensuring they are resolved with ownership until completion.
• Serve as an advocate for client interests.
• Utilize data and analytics to provide valuable insights.
• Lead the creation and execution of strategies to enhance client engagement.
• Keep all client-related activities updated in Salesforce.
• Represent Brighton Health at client meetings and industry conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in account management (with a focus on 1000+ subscriber accounts) or a similar area.
• Demonstrated success in client retention and relationship management.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
