• Implement projects with prompt follow-up for both key accounts and internal teams.
• Interpret customer signals and navigate discussions in a professional and cooperative manner.
• Escalate critical or urgent issues to senior management in a professional manner when necessary.
• Oversee communications between key customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with regional teams for key accounts to identify and seize opportunities within the territory.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, forecasting, pricing, marketing, customer service, logistics, and finance.
• A Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience in the industry.
• Fluency in both French and English, in written and spoken forms.
• A minimum of 5 years of verified sales experience, with recent roles as an Account Executive or similar position managing key accounts in the tire industry or a closely related field.
• A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, industry standards, and essential business metrics in the tire sector.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills with a demonstrated ability to finalize deals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to foresee and understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally as needed.
