This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conducts independent research and inquires to enhance knowledge of the client account, gaining insight into key therapy areas and the competitive landscape.
• Frequently asks questions to deepen their understanding of the client business and internal BOLD processes and best practices.
• Acquires a solid understanding of the roles within their account team, recognizing how daily responsibilities contribute to the broader team; begins to appreciate that their role encompasses more than just isolated tasks and can consider the lateral impact on the team and the necessity of keeping individuals informed and updated.
• Utilizes platforms or client-specific tools such as Datavision and/or Veeva as needed. Responsibilities may include data entry and audits, preparation, upload, tracking of materials, and/or reporting.
• Aids the account team in preparing accurate timelines, status reports, action lists, and contact reports, ensuring that all information is current.
• Coordinates the scheduling and execution of internal and external meetings, prepares agendas and meeting minutes, and drives follow-up actions.
• Before meetings, ensures that the team has updated status reports and invoice trackers, providing the account lead with a precise overview of account activity.
• Takes ownership and accountability for the timely and efficient execution of assigned project components, consistently establishing and meeting project deadlines alongside their account lead.
• Assists with specific onsite preparation tasks as needed, including preparing onsite materials and facilitating travel and accommodation bookings.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, willing to engage in various activities across their accounts.
• Collaborates with the broader BOLDSCIENCE team (Scientific, Creative, Editorial, Finance, etc.) to ensure timely review and delivery of client deliverables.
• Begins to gain exposure to account financials, identifying potential issues for the account team and proposing solutions for resolution.
• Becoming acquainted with finance tracking software.
• Effectively communicates with external suppliers and establishes new Purchase Orders.
• Sets up new Job Codes.
• Accurately completes timesheets in a timely manner.
• Requests and monitors client invoices, alerting the account lead about upcoming invoices for the month.
• Develops an understanding of budgets and the significance of adhering to an agreed budget, starting to take ownership of certain financial processes and asking questions to ensure compliance with procedures.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred in science, pharmacology, or medicine.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a busy, fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and excellence.
• Relevant interests and work experience are advantageous.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in English grammar are essential.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team setting.
