• Identify, initiate, and finalize enterprise deals worth 6 to 7 figures.
• Engage C-level stakeholders by presenting customized Value Hypotheses.
• Develop ROI narratives and advocate for investment cases.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
• Craft your own pitch decks, outreach strategies, and basic ROI tools.
• Influence our sales approach — you won’t merely follow playbooks; you’ll contribute to their creation.
• Lead customer engagements and represent BlastPoint at industry trade shows and events.
• Maintain the HubSpot CRM and produce sales reports.
• Possess over 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS with a proven history of closing intricate deals.
• Have experience selling to both business and technical decision-makers.
• Comprehend financial metrics such as payback, margin, and ROI.
• Be knowledgeable about AI/ML concepts (you don’t have to be a developer, but you should be able to explain it convincingly).
• Thrive in resourceful, early-stage teams without substantial budgets or established support.
• Be driven by a sense of ownership, creativity, and the goal of building something impactful.
• Exhibit excellent planning, organizational, and computer skills; willing to learn and implement new tools.
• Demonstrate outstanding presentation abilities.
• Have experience in creating presentations and use cases, as well as writing proposals and follow-up messages.
• Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
