This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Identify and secure partnerships with auto dealerships at both the individual dealership and dealer group levels.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from initial discussions to closing deals.
• Spend the majority of your time in the field engaging in face-to-face sales, with travel requirements of up to 75%.
• Conduct live demonstrations of BizzyCar’s software and services.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships through networking and proactive outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to facilitate seamless onboarding and ensure strong customer retention.
• Maintain engagement with customers after the sale to assess their needs and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Professionally manage objections, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues effectively.
• Keep precise sales records, forecasts, and pipeline data within the CRM system.
• Proven experience in selling software to franchise auto dealerships.
• Previous experience in an auto dealership is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated success as an Account Executive or in a comparable sales or business development position.
• Strong grasp of sales strategies, negotiation tactics, and pipeline management.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized with outstanding time-management capabilities.
• Competitive, motivated, resilient, and comfortable pursuing ambitious targets.
• A college degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
