• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.

• Spend the majority of your time in the field engaging in face-to-face sales, with travel requirements of up to 75%.
• Conduct live demonstrations of BizzyCar’s software and services.
• Foster long-term relationships through networking and proactive outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and high customer retention rates.
• Maintain active engagement with clients post-sale to assess needs and identify opportunities for growth.
• Address objections, negotiate contracts, and professionally resolve issues.
• Keep precise records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline information in the CRM system.
• Experience in selling software solutions to franchise auto dealerships.
• Background in the auto dealership sector is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated success as an Account Executive or in a comparable sales or business development position.
• Strong grasp of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and pipeline management.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized with outstanding time-management capabilities.
• Competitive, driven, and resilient, with a comfort level in pursuing ambitious objectives.
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
