This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Building new relationships through targeted account selling initiatives
β’ Facilitating conversations with decision-makers regarding their Talent/Work Transformation strategies
β’ Initiating, negotiating, and securing new large enterprise and mid-sized clients
β’ Partnering with Demand Generation, Solutions Consulting, Services, Success teams, and Senior Leadership
β’ Acting as the advocate for the largest customers and relaying feedback to the organization
β’ Significant experience in SaaS/B2B Enterprise software and data solutions sales and/or new business development
β’ A solid understanding of how AI is transforming the workplace
β’ Capability to keep the organization consistently informed about deals, outlining clear next steps
β’ Ideally, experience selling innovative Work software
β’ Experience collaborating with Partners, such as Enterprise Systems providers
β’ Proficiency in navigating intricate organizational structures and lengthy sales cycles
β’ Proven history of consistent success in generating new business with top-tier accounts
β’ Exceptional communicator with strong storytelling skills
β’ Strong record of achievement and leadership in previous positions
