This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and oversee your own portfolio of business through both inbound and outbound prospects.
• Manage the entire sales process: from prospecting and discovery to demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Engage in meaningful discussions with eye care professionals to identify their challenges and demonstrate how Barti enhances their workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to build the sales pipeline and refine messaging strategies.
• Ensure accurate management of the sales pipeline and forecasting.
• Work collaboratively across departments including leadership, product, marketing, and customer success to provide feedback and enhance our sales approach.
• Foster a team-oriented culture by sharing insights and supporting colleagues.
• Represent Barti at industry conferences several times a year.
• 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle B2B SaaS Account Executive.
• Proven experience in selling to small and medium-sized business (SMB) markets.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conducting effective discovery sessions and delivering clear, compelling demonstrations.
• A consistent history of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
• Self-motivated, able to be coached, and comfortable in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
• Positive, empathetic, and skilled at quickly building trust with potential clients.
• Strong writing and presentation abilities.
• Capability to navigate uncertainty and devise creative solutions.
