This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive who is passionate about closing deals.
• You will take ownership of a designated territory, managing the entire sales cycle while promoting the AVA™ product suite to automotive dealerships throughout Canada.
• This position is designed for a high-activity, accountable individual who thrives on driving momentum.
• Your responsibilities will include managing both warm and cold pipelines, conducting product demonstrations, navigating complex multi-stakeholder deals, and swiftly advancing opportunities from discovery to closure.
• You will maintain a clean and current pipeline in HubSpot — ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, automotive, or dealer-tech.
• A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quotas in a high-activity sales setting.
• Experience in selling to the Canadian automotive market is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and maintaining pipeline hygiene.
• High energy, coachable, organized, and consistently positive — you bring enthusiasm to the team.
• You are adept at quick qualification, conducting discovery sessions like a diagnostician, and closing deals with confidence.
• A willingness to learn — new frameworks, tools, and markets do not intimidate you.
• Quarterly bonus incentives for exceeding targets (125%+).
• Accelerator commission rates of up to 14% for achieving 150%+ quota attainment.
