• Proactively enhance sales growth and expand market reach of Ataraxis oncology products through direct field sales to individual oncologists within your assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven high-performance sales experience.
• Candidates with sales experience in oncology, particularly in breast cancer, are strongly preferred.
• A demonstrated history of consistently surpassing sales targets and achieving recognition through awards (e.g., President's Club, Rookie of the Year).
• A strong passion for AI and innovation in healthcare, with a commitment to learning and effectively communicating AI-driven diagnostic solutions.
• Self-sufficient, with the ability to thrive independently in a rapidly growing start-up environment.
• Capability to excel in a highly competitive setting; shows resilience, urgency, and a focus on closing deals.
• This position offers a compensation package that includes a base salary along with variable commission.
• Equity and additional benefits are also part of the compensation package.
