This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Become knowledgeable in all aspects of payments, including the functionality of the Astra platform and various payment rails and routes.
β’ Take ownership of the complete sales process, from identifying potential leads to finalizing contracts.
β’ Create innovative outbound strategies to generate and cultivate opportunities.
β’ Engage in a consultative and competitive selling approach, remaining proactive and strategic throughout the sales cycle.
β’ Be thorough in your efforts - you are a self-starter who takes initiative to accomplish tasks without being prompted.
β’ Investigate the customer's business to uncover intrinsic motivations that allow you to confidently position the appropriate solution.
β’ Act as a multiplier for the business by relaying the voice of the customer internally to shape product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
β’ Leverage AI tools to enhance your research, automate workflows, and boost your overall productivity.
β’ Work closely with our Integrations, Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth sales and onboarding processes.
β’ 3-5+ years of comprehensive B2B SaaS sales experience in a Payments or FinTech organization.
β’ Proven track record in prospecting and consultative sales, showcasing strong discovery skills, empathy, and the capability to close deals.
β’ Familiarity with technical product sales within the FinTech or Payments sectors.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, paired with a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence, facilitating quick trust-building and confident interactions with stakeholders at all levels.
β’ A focused and disciplined approach to outbound outreach, enabling you to build and accelerate the sales pipeline independently of inbound demand.
β’ Ability to excel in uncertain environments - you are self-motivated, open to coaching, and eager to grow.
β’ Highly collaborative and team-oriented, effectively coordinating with external partners and internal resources.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% annually.
