• Lead consultative sales processes—manage the entire cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal and closure.
• Promote Astound's complete range of Salesforce services including advisory, implementation, and managed services to enterprise clients.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce Account Executives, Sales VPs, and Cloud Specialists to discover joint opportunities and co-sell strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate discovery meetings with clients to identify challenges, establish business objectives, and present customized Salesforce-led solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with client executives, becoming a trusted consultant who aligns digital strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Spot and capitalize on growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals—enhancing long-term customer value.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams in delivery and marketing to create proposals, define engagement scopes, and ensure client success after the sale.
• Represent Astound at Salesforce and industry events to broaden your network, strengthen partnerships, and generate qualified leads.
• Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce-related sales (including professional services, implementations, or platform solutions).
• Demonstrated success in securing enterprise-level deals with a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Commerce, or Data Cloud).
• Experience in managing consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes from lead generation to contract finalization.
• Established connections within the Salesforce partner network and the capability to co-sell effectively.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a passion for digital transformation and innovative technology solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience with a Salesforce consulting partner or ISV, with knowledge of co-selling strategies and partner programs (Good to Have).
