This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and manage the target account list for acquiring new logos within specified market segments.
• Execute multi-channel outbound strategies (phone, email, LinkedIn) utilizing messaging informed by genuine buyer signals.
• Qualify leads rigorously and disqualify unfit prospects early: prioritize the health of the pipeline over mere activity counts.
• Conduct discovery sessions and product demonstrations in collaboration with product specialists, guiding SMB and mid-market deals to closure.
• Propel enterprise deals through the proposal, pricing, and closing stages, backed by leadership support.
• Establish a repeatable process and integrate field insights into our positioning and sales strategies.
• Over 5 years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, demonstrating a successful history of closing new logos.
• A quantifiable track record: meetings scheduled, pipeline generated, and deals finalized.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable) integrated into your sales processes.
• Comfortable engaging over the phone, with a consultative approach: you seek to understand before presenting your pitch.
• Preferably, you have experience in:
• Selling into service, repair, logistics, or operations software (e.g., POS, reverse logistics, field service, claims).
• Being an early sales hire at a rapidly growing software company.
• Utilizing a modern outbound tech stack on a daily basis (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar).
