• Deliver consistently high levels of proactive client service in a professional manner.
• Cultivate effective working relationships with team members and internal departments to provide exceptional service for our clients.
• Conduct thorough, high-quality research, along with problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Balance client perspectives with business requirements when addressing concerns and identifying possible solutions.
• Efficiently identify, document, monitor, and resolve items for assigned clients.
• Ensure all inquiries and concerns are addressed while meeting service level expectations.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and advisors regarding services, execution, and resolutions throughout the service cycle.
• Contribute to improved client retention by responding appropriately to client communications and activities.
• Meet both individual and team objectives for service levels, growth, and retention within the assigned book of business.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to deliver quality client service to our partners and clients.
• Address inquiries regarding the status of plan activities (such as compliance testing, quarterly statements, RMDs, etc.).
• Generate, analyze, and distribute reports regularly to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Assist the sales team in securing additional business by providing references as needed.
• Undertake other duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced service environment.
• 1-3 years of direct client experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to communicate effectively (clearly, concisely, and professionally) with all levels within the Ascensus organization and our client base.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment to achieve the common goal of providing exceptional client service.
• Adaptability to changing environments and shifting priorities as they relate to the organization's and clients' business needs.
• Capacity to perform well under pressure while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Solid business judgment in discerning which issues need to be escalated to the appropriate authority level.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet the needs of the business unit.
