This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

• Prepares proposals to address coverage needs for agents and brokers' risks.

• Offers guidance and recommendations to Producers, agents, and brokers.

• Collaborates with agents and brokers to assess their requirements and identify suitable coverage.

• Negotiates policy terms and coverage details with insurance carriers and agents/brokers.

• Establishes policy files according to the defined format.

• Reviews policies to ensure accuracy.

• Inputs and manages data within the AMS360 computer system.

• Organizes and oversees the policy renewal process.

• Processes claims and policy modifications.

• Manages premium invoicing in the management system for payments and collections.

• Submits all surplus lines filing requests to the relevant parties.

• Cultivates and maintains positive relationships through meetings with brokers.

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two to five years of experience in commercial insurance or managing general agency.

• Property and Casualty Insurance License is preferred (mandatory within 90 days of hire).

• Familiarity with general insurance processing functions.

• Comprehensive understanding of insurance policies, forms, and applications.

• Knowledge of multi-line Property and Casualty coverage and products.

• Understanding of sales and marketing principles.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks within required deadlines.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• High motivation level to engage effectively within a team environment.

• Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting with minimal oversight.

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
