This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will build relationships with potential clients and independently manage the entire sales process.
• You consistently meet your quarterly and annual quotas through structured sales methodologies and precise campaigns.
• You identify new opportunities in your territory through partner meetings, events, prospecting calls, and your own acquisition activities.
• You simultaneously manage multiple deals, sales cycles, and priorities (10–20 opportunities per quarter).
• You collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Channel, Marketing, Customer Success, and SDRs, leading weekly territory discussions.
• You efficiently utilize CRM and internal tools to provide reliable forecasts and customer insights.
• You establish new reseller relationships, nurture your personal network, and participate in industry events to generate new leads.
• 2–5+ years of experience in direct sales on the vendor side (Tech), preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or infrastructure – with a proven focus on new business.
• Clear emphasis on acquiring new customers and demonstrable success in building and closing a pipeline.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles in a mid-market environment.
• Confident presence at decision-maker level along with strong communication skills.
• Proficient use of CRM systems and modern sales tools.
• Basic technical understanding to effectively position cybersecurity solutions.
• High self-motivation, ownership, and the ability to work in a structured manner within a dynamic environment.
