This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Execute sales initiatives (both face-to-face and inside sales calls) to create new accounts for SeaWide Express, focusing on primary markets such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam.
• It is anticipated that 60% of your time will be dedicated to face-to-face opportunities, with the remaining time allocated for administrative tasks.
• Arrange appointments with both existing and prospective accounts for in-person sales meetings.
• Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Follow up on previous calls to ensure continued engagement.
• Drive new business development for LTL/LCL and FTL/FCL services.
• Deliver face-to-face service to customers to enhance relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership to define objectives for customer engagement.
• Oversee account implementation processes.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
• Achieve or surpass revenue targets.
• Expand and sustain the customer base.
• Manage customer interactions and data to foster ongoing and effective business relationships.
• Overnight travel may be necessary.
• Perform any additional assigned tasks.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of Inside or Outside B2B Sales Experience is necessary.
• The candidate must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
