This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and engage potential customers and key stakeholders to expand your 3PL and logistics market, creating territory strategies and revenue objectives.
• Conduct cold calls and arrange in-person sales meetings weekly, while consistently enhancing your prospecting pipeline.
• Schedule appointments and prepare for sales presentations that effectively showcase value and address customer requirements.
• Research and cultivate new client relationships with shippers, manufacturers, and freight forwarders.
• Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring ongoing communication and satisfaction.
• Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
• Assist with daily responsibilities such as follow-ups, lead generation, and CRM data entry to monitor progress toward sales targets.
• Oversee the distribution of marketing materials to prospective customers and collaborate with the corporate marketing team on promotional efforts.
• Advocate for Eagle Logistics services on social media and other marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Represent the full spectrum of Eagle Logistics' domestic, international, and LCL freight services, offering clients optimal solutions for their needs.
• Meet or surpass revenue targets through proactive territory management and consistent sales achievements.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required or equivalent relevant experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of selling experience in domestic and/or third-party logistics (3PL), with a proven track record in the Puerto Rico market.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Preferred strong knowledge and experience in logistics operations.
• Proven ability to grasp ocean transportation products and customer needs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Capable of active listening and providing thorough and accurate responses to inquiries.
• A history of independently building and expanding a sales territory while delivering measurable revenue outcomes.
